The iBranch Lending Specialist assists members and potential members with loan requests, resolving problems, and cross-offering products and services to enhance our lending portfolio. The iBranch Lending Specialist is expected to provide excellent Member Service, in accordance with expectations set forth by management, and strive to meet or exceed assigned goals.

• Receives and prepares quality and complete member loan applications, manages follow-up, and focuses on processing approved loans to a high closing ratio in accordance with production goals.
• Responsible for self-educating on products and services offered by the Credit Union and utilizing that knowledge to make appropriate product recommendations to our Members.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities and cross-sell Credit Union products, services, promotions, and Credit Union initiatives that support Credit Union growth and sustainability.
• Answer member inquiries and refer members to the proper service area for issues or needs that cannot be resolved or met over the phone. Expected to safeguard Member information with the highest level of confidentiality of all information obtained.
